Soulful Stretch On-Demand gives you two main things:

• A rich, effective yoga, somatic healing and inner work practice library right at your fingertips. With short 15 or 30 minute practices that make a huge difference.
• A community of women to gather with once per month (plus additional bonus opportunities through the year) who can lift you up and inspire you with a dedicated space to tune in, reflect and receive guidance from Keri.
