Oftentimes we want growth and healing to be big, fast and dramatic. I get it, you are ready to feel differently. Sustainable growth and healing are mostly about slowing down, getting curious and accessing the wisdom inside you. Your nervous system needs time to balance and recalibrate. So take the pressure off and see the magnitude of the small, gentle progress you are making. Celebrate the baby steps, which are actually monumental quiet shifts inside you. These are the moments where you see possibilities to nourish yourself in some way... Whether through slowing down, drinking a glass of water or an emotional check in. Rolling out your yoga mat, doing a guided meditation or pausing before answering someone. Prayer, a text with a friend or stepping out amidst the trees. These small things, are the big wins. It's enough...you are doing enough. Want help balancing your nervous system, tuning in your body wisdom and cultivating peace of mind?
