Women's Virtual Course Launching Fall 2021
Are you ready to put in the effort to work on yourself and heal? At some point, we have to accept that we need support, to do things differently and that our life experience is in OUR hands.
In this 6 week virtual women's course we're going to be exploring topics centered around living your life from an awakened, embodied, authentic and empowered place. We'll bust through your limiting belief systems and crack your heart open to new ways of relating to yourself and your life.
Through the transformative teachings of yoga, mentorship, practical spirituality, group support and your own weekly personal practice you're going to gain new skills and insight into yourself.

What is expected of you:
Dates & Times:
Two group meetings per week. Choose which one works best for you.
- Weekly virtual lessons with inspiring and honest messages, yogic education, insight, healing work and self-development
- Guided home practices (meditation, movement, journaling and more)
- Weekly Satsangs (one hour zoom meetings with group practice, sharing and mentoring)
- 1:1 one hour Yoga therapy sessions with me
What is expected of you:
- A readiness to learn and grow, as well as, an intuitive sense that this course is FOR YOU!
- Engagement, participation and follow through on doing work on yourself
- Being supportive and respectful of others in the program
- Keeping up with the course to the best of your ability including a dedication to performing daily spiritual practices and attending group meetings

Two group meetings per week. Choose which one works best for you.
- Sundays, 8/8-9/12 @10-11am EST
- Mondays 8/9-9/13 @ 5:30-6:30pm EST
Pricing:
Enrollment and Payment Details:
- Option 1 for New Students of Yoga Therapy $460 (includes two 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions)
- Option 2 for Existing Students of Yoga Therapy or Those Who Need a Lower Cost Option $320 (includes one 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions)
- Option 3 for Existing Students of Yoga Therapy $180 (no 1:1 sessions. Perfect for those active in Yoga Therapy with me.)
Enrollment and Payment Details:
- Deposit of $100 due at Enrollment
- Payment plans available:
- 50% due by August 3rd.
- Remaining balance due by August 17th.

Are the live sessions recorded?
No, we will get the most from this experience if you participate and interact. As well as, I want to ensure the privacy of what is shared by participants during the weekly meetings.
What if I am new to yoga or my body has limitations?
All movement sessions leave room for you to adapt and adjust your practice to suit what feels good to you and meets your needs. All practices will be beginner friendly and will range from gentle and soothing to slow and heat building. I am happy to offer your guidance on best practice methods for any health concerns or issues you are having that may warrant altering your movement.
I feel shy about sharing in the group sessions. Can I take the course and skip the group sessions?
Yes, you can. That said the community interaction is a tremendously healing and important. I encourage you to join in!
Is this course only for women?
Yes. That said, I love and support all trans and non-binary individuals. There are many offerings that aren't gender specific and I encourage you to explore those. As well as, Yoga Therapy sessions with me which are open to all.
