What will I need? A yoga mat, three blankets and two bed pillows. A journal, pen and a candle.
What style of yoga will we practice? Gentle and restorative yoga for all levels. Think easeful movement to stretch out and relaxing over pillows covered with blankets. Do I have to participate in sharing if I don't want to? Absolutely not, the opportunity to share will be there for you to type into the chat if you want but it's not mandatory.
