During this eight week Group Yoga Therapy program you’ll discover the root of your anxiety, learn practical skills to overcome and find ease. You’ll walk away with an integrative approach to reduce your anxiety and strategies to prevent it in the future from a body, mind and spirit perspective.
This course includes: a 1:1 session with mental health focused Yoga Therapist Keri Marino, eight in person sessions, loads of resources you can use from home (like videos of yoga practices, audio recordings of meditations, journaling practices, education, etc) and email support.

Will movement be part of the program?
Yes, you can expect a variety of hatha yoga styles from Gentle, moderate Flow yoga and Restorative. We'll also be incorporating movements based on somatic healing and experiencing. We'll move, breathe and relax in each class.
What level of difficulty will the movement be?
All levels. Designed for beginner to advanced students. If you have health considerations please let me know so I can give you suggestions.
Are yoga mats and props provided?
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and two blankets to each class.
What can I expect from the group sessions?
During each group session we will do three things: learn, experience and discuss. Keri will educate you on different topics that help you develop more self-awareness, anxiety skills and compassion. You’ll be guided through different practices that help to bridge the gap between body, mind and spirit and assist to in regulation. These practices will include yogic movement, somatic healing, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation work and more. Lastly, each week we’ll chat as a group about topics that shine light on anxiety, share our experiences, listen to and support one another.
