Saturday Satsang
A virtual gathering with good hearted people to engage in self-care, learn more about the teachings of yoga, practice Gentle Yoga, breathwork and meditation. Each week we’ll focus on a different topic that will inspire and transform your relationship to your body, mind, spirit and life. Keri will be sharing insight and knowledge each week that relates to yogic philosophy, spiritual psychology and health. This class is designed for students of yoga who are ready to dig a little deeper than what a typical group class can offer and make a more conscious investment into their wellbeing. If you can’t make the live class you can access the recording to participate at your convenience.
