In this workshop, Yoga Therapist Keri Marino will inspire you with a fresh perspective on anxiety and depression while teaching you practices to feel better.
You'll gain insight that helps you have more understanding and compassion for yourself and others, learn about the science of yoga and develop skills to feel more empowered and relieved.
