In 1:1 Yoga Therapy and Coaching we work on what is coming up for you, your needs, desires and do really impactful work that transforms every part of your life.

Read on for some of the most common topics that come up for my clients and what you can expect to get support on when working with me in this way. 

Insight and clarity on the places you are getting hung up, for the purpose of helping you enjoy life more. These are the habits, beliefs and triggers that bring on anxiety, self-doubt and fear. We go into shadow work to make more room for the bliss, joy and sweetness.


Emotional exploration, the freedom to name, digest and metabolize the emotions that keep swirling inside with an experienced guide.
This helps you untangle from thoughts and emotions so you can access the deep intuitive wisdom within you.

Your HOW questions, things like how to...
-move beyond struggles with self-worth and body image
- use your body & nervous system for well-being
- navigate complex situations in relationships and triggers gracefully
- actually live as the confident, clear and trusting person you want to be

Two things are true.

It's always important to take good care of yourself. 

And, it's even more important to take good care of yourself when you are going through a growth and healing season of life. 


When you are in the thick of a soulful stretch in your life, you may find that things that were once something you should do become things that are non-negotiable.

It takes a lot of energy to...
  • say yes new ways of thinking and being
  • process emotions and re-write your story
  • heal through your body and re-align your nervous system

During this time, you may find that you need to purge your house & life of excess, rest more, do less and really prioritize eating well and drinking enough water. 

Some areas to focus on are: 

  • Body: Plenty of Sleep, Nutrient Rich Food, Water, Mother Nature, Movement, Nervous System Soothing and Cuddles ideally.Taking good care of your mind.
  • Mind: Being intentional about what supports your mental health and what doesn't. Observe media, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, social, professional and edit as needed. 
  • Spirit: Connecting to the Divine in the way that is best for you. Through awareness, prayer, ritual, study, devotional actions, song, etc.
  • Life: Putting yourself in the seat of power. This one wild, prescious life is yours alone. Ruthlessly edit as needed. Don't be afraid to make changes, slow down, put up boundaries or stretch outside your comfort zone.
