I work with women who are more interested in solving their problems than staying stuck in them. Who want to be the heroine in their own story. Who want to sit on their front porch at 90 and know in their hearts they really lived. And no shade — but some folks are more interested in talking about the same stuff than breaking free from it. Respectfully, you are not my people. 😂 But the women I work with? They care more about the freedom. About looking at the patterns, the emotions, the relationship issues — and facing them with support. Because the problems you look at are the ones you have power over. I work with women who know they could have done things differently. Made different choices. And instead of letting that stop them now — they're doing the complex beautiful work of shifting how they show up, regulating themselves and choosing again. I work with women who know yoga has more to offer than what they've been given. Who sense there's a body, mind and spirit integration available that they are hungry for. I work with women who don't have "perfect lives" or "perfect bodies." And they still dance in their living room. Know themselves deeply enough to show up for their people with a wider open heart. Meditate before bed because they genuinely want to be nourished by it. Recently I shifted things around to make more room for new 1:1 clients. Because frankly — 1:1 is where women make the biggest gains. I even opened Thursday afternoon hours. Click here to learn about getting 1:1 support from me. And if 1:1 isn't in the cards right now — how does 21 days of 10-minute at-home yoga practice sound? In Daily Devotion I teach some of the exact same tools I use with my 1:1 clients.
