What if I am new to yoga or my body has limitations?
All movement sessions leave room for you to adapt and adjust your practice to suit what feels good to you and meets your needs. All practices will be beginner friendly and will range from gentle and soothing to slow and heat building.
Is this course only for women?
Yes. Most of my offerings aren't gender specific and I encourage you to explore those.
