Meet Your Hosts

 A husband-and-wife team passionate about creating spaces for restoration and connection. With expertise in yoga therapy and culinary arts, we’ve thoughtfully curated this retreat to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Keri Marino is a Certified Somatic Yoga Therapist on a mission to help you feel more whole, confident and empowered.
​Over the past 16 years, she's taught thousands and thousands of people yoga around the world and guided them through life transformation. Keri is the person you hire when you're ready to go deep.  

While working with Keri, you'll feel embraced in warmth, calmness and a powerful intuitive approach that will help you find clarity in your life, heal through your body and soak in the love of her unequivocal mama energy.
Tanner Marino is an Executive Chef at the AVENUE. He's passionate about serving expertly prepared, beautifully presented delicious food and the joy of bring people together over a good meal. Over the past two decades he's worked at wide variety of restaurants, hotels and catering operations around the Southeast. From fine-dining to casual, Tanner loves cooking! 

​Beyond the kitchen, Tanner cherishes spending time with his wife, Keri, and their three children. His interests include hiking, photography, movies, and building Lego creations with his kids.

What is Somatic Yoga?
Keri's personal blend of therapeutic yoga and somatic healing practices. Based on the science of body-based trauma recovery, nervous system medicine rooted in the ancient wisdom from the yogic tradition. You can expect a gentle to moderately challenging, slow and thoughtful approach to practice that includes moments to move, rest and tune inward. 

What yoga gear will I need?
We have a limited selection of mats, blocks and blankets for you to borrow. To make sure we have enough for everyone bring your own mat and any other yoga props you have.

Is this program trauma-informed?
Yes. Keri, our guide, is trauma trained and a seasoned expert dedicated to support your trauma recovery journey. 
What kind of food and tea will be served?
Chef Tanner is preparing a menu for us that will be accessible for everyone, delicious and health inspired. There will be a vegetarian and omnivorous option. He specializes in accommodating food allergies and restrictions. Email Keri to notify us of any we need to be mindful of for you. 

What if I have special considerations like pregnancy, injury that I need support with?
Keri is happy to help you adapt your yoga practice to meet your needs, offer up options and above all honor yourself. 

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, if you purchase a ticket and cannot attend you will not be issued a refund or credit. We welcome late arrivals for up to 10 minutes, and you can always show up at 5pm for the meal and meditation if you're miss the first part.
