​Meet Your Guide - Keri Marino

As a mom of three and a woman who’s navigated her own healing path, I deeply understand how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself. Between the demands of life, family, and everything else—it’s easy to put your needs last.

But in both my personal and professional experience, I’ve seen again and again that small, aligned action is what leads to real change.

I’ve spent the past 16 years guiding thousands of people through the transformative power of yoga, inner work, and nervous system recovery. As a Certified Yoga Therapist and Somatic Healing Guide, I bring deep knowledge, intuitive insight, and a grounded, nurturing approach to everything I create.

That’s exactly who this was created for. The practices are short, potent, and designed to fit into real life—most are just 15–30 minutes. You don’t need to carve out a ton of time—you just need a moment to begin.

What if I fall behind or miss a few days?

There’s no such thing as behind here. You have access to everything and can go at your own pace. Healing and growth aren’t linear—we honor that. Come back when you're ready. You’re always welcome.

​Is this trauma-informed? 
Yes. Everything I offer is rooted in nervous system science, somatic healing, and yoga therapy. This space is designed to feel safe, supportive, and empowering.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. No guilt, no pressure—just support when you're ready for it.

Is this for beginners?
Yes. Whether you’re brand new or returning to practice, everything is guided with care. Modifications are offered and nothing is too advanced. The focus is connection, not perfection.

Do I need special equipment?
Just a yoga mat and a quiet space. Optional props like a blanket, bolster, or block can be helpful, but you can also use what you have at home.
