Frequently Asked Questions
What sets this apart from other online yoga classes?
Think of this not as yoga classes, but as an expansive mystical toolbox loaded with resources to support your growth and healing. The yoga experiences you'll find here are therapeutically focused to support your nervous system and build skills that will radically improve your life. How long are the practices?
They are all between 15 and 30 minutes in length to make them accessible. Short practices are still very effective! What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time; however, please note that the doors to the membership are closed most of the year. So you will have to wait to rejoin. Are the practices safe during pregnancy or postpartum? Most of them, yes! Keri is mama and trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Any practices that are not recommended during pregnancy will be noted in the description. |
What kinds of practices will I find in the on-demand library?
The library offers a wide range of yogic and somatic practices to suit you, including gentle, vinyasa and restorative yoga, breath work, meditation, chanting and more. Is this program trauma-informed?
Yes. Keri, our guide, is trauma trained and a seasoned expert dedicated to support your trauma recovery journey. Is this appropriate for people currently on a growth and healing journey?
