Twice a month (the first Tuesday and third Sunday from 7-8:15pm EST), join me on Zoom for live Candlelight Restorative Yoga for 75 minutes. You'll see the other wonderful women in my community, hear a bit of their stories and know that each time you click play on a practice - one of these women are out there doing the same.
These sessions are the heart of The Sanctuary.
You'll dim the lights, settle into supportive postures from your living room, and allow your nervous system to deeply unwind through guided meditation, relaxation and breathwork.
Many women describe these gatherings as, "the exhale I didn't know I needed" and have a delicious night of sleep after!

I built the Sanctuary because I needed it first.
I spent years knowing all the right things about healing and still feeling like something essential was just out of reach. Growing up I navigated childhood trauma, religious shame and the kind of early wounding that taught me my body wasn't a safe place to be. Yoga was the first place I ever felt — even briefly — what safety in my own skin felt like. And I spent the next two decades learning how to stay. The Sanctuary is the space I wish had existed when I was finding my way back. Everything inside it is rooted in 17 years of professional experience as a C-IAYT somatic yoga therapist and a deeply personal journey home to my own body. I built it one practice at a time — 160 and counting — because I know what it costs a woman to keep going without the right support. And I know what becomes possible when she finally has it.
