Videos include a combination of yogic tools: gentle movement, deep relaxation, breathwork, meditation, and emotional tending based on whatever is present for you and your body today. 

Categories include: hip tension, digestive issues, core and pelvic health, shoulder and neck tightness, menstrual cycle, burnout, pregnancy, achy heart center and so much more.
 

 Seasonal Themes + Monthly Soul Notes

At the beginning of each month, you'll receive an email with a monthly theme and practice suggestions aligned with the season - plus off the mat rituals, recipes and guidance to carry out into your real life. Past themes have included: transitioning to fall, creating a consistent practice, accessing your intuition and more. These monthly themes give you clarity on what to focus on in the month ahead. 

 Pop-Up Live Events Led by Keri + Community Connection
Twice a month, join me on Zoom for live somatic yoga therapy, educational or community gatherings. Past classes have included: 5 day Soulful Meditation Challenge, Chakras Demystified, Navigating Relationships, How to Improve Your Breathing and beyond.

gathering includes time for sharing and asking questions. 
Feel inspired by what’s possible as you read through the comments and celebrations from other women during the live classes and recordings.

New Year's Day Yoga Practice and Ceremony

This 45 minute workshop is an opportunity to tune in, open yourself up to receive health, wealth and meaningful connections in the year ahead - from ease, not force. 

Virtual Candlelight Restorative Yoga - Let it Go
​Saturday 1/24 from 7-8:15pm EST 
​A 75 minutes restorative yoga experience to unwind before the holidays. Soften into a deep state of rest and release the emotional weight you've been carrying - a sacred pause to let it all go and fully exhale.

As a mom of three and a woman who’s navigated her own healing path, I deeply understand how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself. 

But in my personal and professional experience, I’ve seen again and again that small, aligned action is what leads to real change. Women who say, "I'm done waiting" are the ones lightyears ahead.

For over 16 years, I've worked with women navigating burnout, trauma, transition and self-reclamation. My work blends somatic yoga therapy, nervous system science and sacred embodied inner work - because you deserve support that honors all of you.
