Live Candlelight Restorative Yoga on Zoom + Connection with Like-Minded Women
Twice a month (the first Tuesday and third Saturday), join me on Zoom for live Candlelight Restorative Yoga for 75 minutes. You'll see the other wonderful women in my community, hear a bit of their stories and know that each time you click play on a practice - one of these women are out there doing the same.
These sessions are the heart of The Sanctuary.
You'll dim the lights, settle into supportive postures from your living room, and allow your nervous system to deeply unwind through guided meditation, relaxation and breathwork.
Many women describe these gatherings as, "the exhale I didn't know I needed" and have a delicious night of sleep after!
If you can't attend live, recordings are always available.
These guided practices combine:
- gentle yoga, restorative yoga, slow vinyasa
- breathwork and meditation
- nervous system regulation and emotional tending

Hi I'm Keri - a women's empowerment yoga therapist and founder of The Nourished Woman. As a mom of three and a woman who’s navigated her own healing path, I deeply understand how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself.
But in my personal and professional experience, I’ve seen again and again that small, aligned action is what leads to real change. Women who say, "I'm done waiting" are the ones lightyears ahead. For over 16 years I've guided thousands of women blending somatic yoga therapy, nervous system & emotional healing with devotional spiritual practice to help self-aware women who have "done the work" finally feel confident, connected and at home in your body. Through restorative yoga, meditation and compassionate inner work I help women move from insight to embodiment - so the healing and wisdom you've gained can actually show up in your real life. |
