At 19, I was doing everything I thought would make me happy - working hard, staying busy and trying to hold it all together.
But underneath it all, I was anxious, disconnected from my body, and quietly at war with myself. I battled eating disorders, chronic pain, and the kind of relationships that revolved around alcohol and trying to be enough. Yoga was my turning point. It showed me what it felt like to be in my body - light, free, alive - for the first time. |
I started teaching, healed from eating disorders and chronic pain, and found my footing again.
My life begin to blossom in a whole new way - I built a thriving yoga business, found love and real friendships.
But even then, I found myself slipping into old patterns - overworking, numbing out, freezing in hard conversations, afraid of losing everything I'd built.
So I went deeper. Into therapy, trauma healing and into the truth of what my nervous system was holding.
Through love and loss, moving around the Southeast, marriage and motherhood, miscarriage and sexual awakenings I learned how to led my body lead. To process emotion, release what was heavy and make space for joy again.
I healed my relationship with my body, my husband, my mom and best of all myself.
Now, I teach women how to do the same - to tend to their innermost Self + nervous systems, alchemize the old stories, and create lives and relationships that feel deeply alive, soulful and fully theirs.
