Hi, I'm Keri - Somatic Yoga Therapist and Mentor
For the past 16 years, I've helped thousands of women (and walked this path myself) - move from merely surviving to truly living with more play, pleasure and presence than they ever thought possible.
Most of the women I work with have already done, "the right things."
They're self-aware, growth oriented and wildly capable -
