1:1 Somatic Yoga Therapy + Mentoring
Personalized in person (Greenville, SC) or zoom based sessions designed to help you talk through what's heavy, come home to your body and reconnect with your inner knowing. For women who've already done some therapy and yoga practice, and are ready for the integration that makes healing last. Sessions are 75 minutes long and begin with an initial 90 minute intake.
