One of the number one things that I hear from you is that you are busy and it's hard to find time to practice yoga. Or that you're struggling to do it on a regular basis.

I get it on so many levels, life is fullllll. And, there is a reason you feel drawn to these practices and I know it's possible to find a way. 

Let me show you how...
  • Embrace Shorter Practices. 15 to 30 minutes makes a BIG difference. Shorter practices are easier to fit into your day. Inside my on-demand yoga and somatic healing membership you'll have short, powerful practices that honor where you are in the present moment and you can feel successful at finishing.
  • Stop Saying You Don't Have Time and Start Making a Plan. What are some windows of time and places where you do have moment to do your practice? Having an ond-demand guide makes this SO much easier. Then instead of having to figure out how, when and what. You just have to figure out WHEN!
  • Know Your Why and Get Support. Remember why you want to do this work and let desire lead you. 🔥 Practicing at home is a smart choice and you still benefit from having a guide. Part of the benefit of yoga is who you are receiving the transmission of the teachings FROM, pick someone you know and trust to lead you.
