There is so much more to yoga than exercise.

The postures, breath work and meditation that people associate with yoga are only a TINY part of what yoga is and represents. To give you an example, yoga has many different paths of study and practice. These are some of the big ones but there are several more:
  • Bhakti Yoga - a potent system of devotional practice of connecting with the divine and love. Think chanting, poetry, serving others and more. 
  • Karma Yoga - using our life as a way of growing, evolving and connecting with the God of our understanding. We grow through what we go through. 
  • Jnana Yoga - using our mind to work on our mind. Includes thoughts, feelings, awareness and study of philosophy.
  • Raja Yoga - the eightfold path outlines in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Which covers everything from life skills to elevated states of consciousness. 
In my offerings, you get to learn from these big areas. I meet you where you are and we explore these varied ways of studying to help you evolve. Our yoga practice can truly be unique to us and suits the ways we are ready to grow right now.
