Two things are true.

It's always important to take good care of yourself. 

And, it's even more important to take good care of yourself when you are going through a growth and healing season of life. 


When you are in the thick of a soulful stretch in your life, you may find that things that were once something you should do become things that are non-negotiable.

It takes a lot of energy to...
  • say yes new ways of thinking and being
  • process emotions and re-write your story
  • heal through your body and re-align your nervous system

During this time, you may find that you need to purge your house & life of excess, rest more, do less and really prioritize eating well and drinking enough water. 

Some areas to focus on are: 

  • Body: Plenty of Sleep, Nutrient Rich Food, Water, Mother Nature, Movement, Nervous System Soothing and Cuddles ideally.Taking good care of your mind.
  • Mind: Being intentional about what supports your mental health and what doesn't. Observe media, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, social, professional and edit as needed. 
  • Spirit: Connecting to the Divine in the way that is best for you. Through awareness, prayer, ritual, study, devotional actions, song, etc.
  • Life: Putting yourself in the seat of power. This one wild, prescious life is yours alone. Ruthlessly edit as needed. Don't be afraid to make changes, slow down, put up boundaries or stretch outside your comfort zone.
