In my journey as a yoga teacher one of the things I've always identified as a huge part of my role is teaching people how to relax.
That may sound funny because I know a lot of people think that they've got that figured out. You know how to put your feet up and take it easy. But let me tell you, if you have never experienced the serenity of a Restorative Yoga practice you have no idea the goodness that is possible.
